The little Madam Maybe Panacur is dearer than drontal but I thought it was the other way round. Has she given you a sachet of Panacur granules to sprinkle in her food Mags? I think the granules are dearer than the tablets..... |

The Drontal covers roundworm and tapeworm but the Panacur is only for roundworm I was given just 1 Panacur tablet PK!!! The vet said it is fairly new.....it is soft and crumbly and supposed to have a nice flavour (though I won't be testing to see if it's true!). I have to phone the vet back in about 3 months (after she's taken it) to give a report on it .....I think Cassie is being used as a guinea pig!! |

Yes it is quite new Mags. It does treat both round and tape worms As an example for price... I can buy 2 drontal cat wormer tablets for £3.99 2 Panacur favourite for cats is £3.50 This is from the Canine chemist......I think you have been ripped off if they are charging you £4.71 for 1 tablet I think they are taking advantage of the fact she is difficult to worm Mags |

Typical vets fee's....I have tried the pancur granules and my lot know it's on the food and won't touch it..Now I have started wrapping them in a towel and putting tablets down their throats, it's taken me 10 years to learn how to do it.. |
