I enjoy some of the ready made meals but much prefer to ake my own from scratch...something I am starting to do more and more you become more confident as you do more.

In fact off to buy myself a new Wok today

I've had a wok for years! Stir frying is ideal for a single person .......
Chinese cooking looks complicated but really isn't.
