Despite the rotten weather today I'm cheered by the news that Posh has a small but stronger miaow back She has eaten some soft food and her bowl showed evidence of drinking last night. Much relieved. Seems time is a healer after all, and a rested voice. I'm sure the diva will be in full decibel throatiness by the time I return home on Monday. See you al then. xxx |

Glad Posh is feeling better. I know when Fifi had her episode of swallowing a sharp leaf (and nearly choking), she was off her food and drink for a couple of days due to having a sore throat due to the abrasions. Glad your fluff has her voice back too. Nothing as disconcerting as a noisy cat being uncharacteristically quiet. |

Got back from our visit down South and opened the door to Posh's welcoming miaow... nicest sound in the world She's asleep now after a nibble of Hill's food and some biscuits. Not bothered about going out but that's probably the weather's fault. Mam and dad took her to the vet on Friday and she got a second shot and more high calorie food, more importantly lots of cuddles and warm laps to sit on in the evenings Glad to be back to see her more herself tho, she's such an important part of or lives. Some folk may think we're crazy, good news is I KNOW you will understand |
