Well my doctor said the spots will usually scab over and clear up in about 2 weeks but the pain and tenderness can last longer hope not

Oh Erin, that sounds terrible My MIL gets shingles and tells me it's truly awful. Hugs to you, hopefully it'll pass really soon.

I've been really busy today. Up at my Aunt's in London making sure she doesn't fall over or hurt herself, cooking her dinner, helping her sort through the masses of stuff that needs to be thrown away before she goes to her care home . . . I'm pooped!!

Still Domi, had a lovely time with my Mum, OH had a lovely time with Sebi, I've just sent Elaine comments on her business plan and am off to bed as tomorrow's promise of a delightful lunch at Mike Robinson's Pot Kiln (Heaven's Kitchen on some cable channel) beckons

Re: No Saturday thread?

Yes, and my uncle was a true hoarder! But it isn't all squirrelled away, it's all beautifully catalogued so it should be relatively easy to work out what's what.

My Aunt's of the opinion that it should all just be skipped, but I want to have a good look to make sure we don't throw anything that has family importance . . . I've already found lots of pictures of me and my brother as kids and heaps of other pictures from their European holidays in the 50s and 60s.
