Fifi - well she has some kind of mite attack in her fur which has caused the fur loss. Vet sponged some 'stuff' onto it which should relieve the itching. Her paw is healing - the black is the scab which is starting to lift and is obviously annoying her as she's licking and the fur has come off from around the wound which is why the whole area looks a bit 'pink'. I have a week's supply of metacam which will take away any healing discomfort for her and hopefully will make things a bit easier for the old girl. |

Well up here it is pouring with rain Friday - with a strong wind. Forecast is good fo SUnday and sunny showers tomorrow. I do feel for all your poor cats in the heat you are having down south. Enjoy the evening peeps |

Glad the pink is a good sign Yola, yes it must be itchy for Fi and with this heat too, poor lass. Quite comfy 21 C. here in South Wales this evening, no blue skies tho and a brisk breeze, hope the grey clouds shift tomorrow as going shopping for some dresses for mam, it's her 73rd birthday on Sunday. |

Hi, all. Hot indeed. Yesterday it was 95 in my little town and today it is 89. Setup some chairs by the pond to read, think I'll go out again today..also being vigilant that all the furbabies are okay in this heat. Have a good day, all |
