Re: be glad when today is over

to be honest donna, after being on my third OH I DONT WANT anybody else here anymore.

I've lived alone for two years since hubby left, so I know i can do it, and we're better off on our own i reckon. At least then we arent let down all the time. I'm tired of having to explain to the kids why daddy isnt coming to see them this week.

My cats love me lol, or at least i hope they do cos if even they didnt love me I'd really cry lol

Re: be glad when today is over

Fair enough Cj. I have been in my house three years and dont miss being with someone at all!!!! All their nasty habits, all their programmes on the TV, etc etc.

Better off without them, thats what I say!!

Re: be glad when today is over

I was always disturbed because every time I was single I was so so happy... Only to fall in love shortly after Did hit the jackpot last time, thank goodness.

I agree with Donna. Find someone who wants to be there with you - or no one at all. Do what feels right to you. And either way, don't waste your time on someone who has so little respect for your, and your children's feelings

I wish we had a huggy emoticon...

Re: be glad when today is over

It can be very daunting to start over, but I wouldn't say one way or another... Just let things happen the way they do, take care of your beautiful boys, your cats and yourself and whatever happens happens - life will take its course

Re: be glad when today is over

It can also be a fun time starting over, but I dont have the time for it, and cant be bothered with it.
We just dont need anyone else.

Ok maybe it would be nice to have a slightly older, quite well off bloke lol, but I am so used to being on my own I like it.

I cant stand they way THEY always leave the loo seat up, or leave the empty loo roll instead of replacing it, or leave dirty socks and undies laying about lol.
sometimes I really wished i'd never got married again, would have been so much easier lol
