i've found that after a few days the novelty wears off a bit. my kitties haven't touched the tree for awhile now except to maybe lazily swat at some ornaments at the bottom while laying on their backs  highly recommend unbreakables though  |

I must have the most chilled out cats around then lol, 'cause none of mine have ever tried to climb our tree. Had a little chew at the bottom branches once or twice over the years, but that's it  But lovely pics |

We are not putting up dcorations this year. Tims still "wire chewing" & can just see the pair of them scaling a tree & swinging precariously from various extremities.! |

the tree is now decorated and play seems to have developed into pulling things off rather than climbing it!!! |
