Candice - you have fought so hard for your boy, I am so full of admiration for you. I hope that the situation can be reversed, BUT through your worry and hopes for him to recover please, please spare a moment to consider whether it might be better for him to let him gently slip away. Please don't think I'm being heartless or think I'm speaking out of turn - having seen pictures of your darling Fabes I just wanted to hug him . . . it's just something that we all need to take into account; reigning in our emotions and being objective for the good of the pets we love. I do however hope and pray that he rallies around and you can spend continued quality time with him. Many hugs. |

Its ok Yola I understand what you're saying. I had a long chat with the vet tonight and I asked her if I was doing the right thing. She said that she would in no way recommend this if she felt it was detrimental to Fabes. There will be no more 'try this try that' after this week. |
