First of all you said that nothing has changed, you also said that this has being going on since she was wee. Now it's just a one off (as you suspected) and you have a new litter tray.  Cats are or can be very sensitive to even the smallest change. |

1 she has ALWAYS been weird and 2 its a food tray NOT a litter one IT'LL B SUMMIT ELSE NXT WK u dont live with her,i do ok |

Dear me Niki, keep yer hair on  Sounds to me like she is VERY sensitive and VERY EASILY stressed, that's NOT weird, many cats are like that. You just said new tray so I assumed you meant new litter tray. My apologies but it was none the less something new so something had changed. |

If you have had her checked out by the vet and nothing wrong then most likely it is a litter tray issue You can buy some smaller trays these days which would be quite unobtrusive in the smallest of areas. Just thinking it would save mopping up in inappropriate places |
