I love this thread there is nothing better than talking about great tasting food, my favourites are: CHIPSHOP FOOD - Fish, chips and mushy peas. INDIAN - Chicken Tikka Mughlai or Lamb Balti with Pilau rice. CHINESE - Chicken Satay on skewers,Salt&Pepper King Prawns, any Duck dishes. GREEK - Mousakka & Meatballs ITALIAN - Anything Italian I love. THAI - Red Thai or Green Curry. MEXICAN - Anything hot and spicy. |

I'm not a sushi fan, but wasabi makes a marvellous dipping sauce for Chinese potstickers and shiu mai. |

Don't try the stuff in a tube. Get the powder. Does your supermarket have an international foods section? It comes in a small tin or jar depending on brand, and isn't that expensive; a little goes a long way. If you like spicy think you'll like it. |
