Re: Worried about Harvey

Hiya Kim.

You can't half pick 'em girl.

Was Harvey weighed at the vets if not weigh him guessing is no good, learnt this with Oscar some weeks I would swear he had lost lbs.....when in fact he was the same weight. You worry...you guess wrong.
Weigh his carrier then weigh him in carrier divide the carrier from cat and carrier weight .... do not weigh him being held by anyone as people loose and put on weight to So carrier and cat.

Stick to the same diet.

Question is it possible he is eating elsewhere hence the upset tummy?

Hope it all works out. Sure it will

Re: Worried about Harvey

Thanks all. Good advice about weight Kazz, will do that.

Harvey seems much better, his appetite increased and not been sick for a couple of days. Kazz, he has been on Royal Canin Gastro intestinal diet virtually since we had him. He has a tag on him saying 'Special diet - do not feed' so I hope no-one else is feeding him!

Despite his problems, we wouldn't swap him!

May not be anyone feeding him he could be eating while out...I would imagine anything bt of eft over kentucky chicken or similar would be enough to upset his tummy.

Can't be sure kazz, but he had an upset tummy when he first came here and he didn't go out then. He doesn't go out that much now, likes his home comforts!
