The plumber just left and the pipe leaks no longer! To the tune of $325.00 !! Leia fled upstairs as soon as he came, she is scared of strangers ...and Onyx came for lunch! She's a stubborn little cat" I've been feeding her at the end of the side yard; well, that was still snowy, so I tried to get her to come to the front where most of the snow was gone, but NO! She went to her usual spot, snow and all, and would not come to the food...so I gave in and took it to the usual spot...she has me well trained .... |

You have to get sneaky Eileen, move her dish a little closer to where you want it to be! then she will also I assume be closer to the house, a little way every day and by a month or so and she will have moved far enough I hope. Karen |

They had to shut off the water to work on the spraying pipe, and my inside water cut-off valve wouldn't work, so they had to go outside and shut it off at the curb (under all the snow!), and then install a new cut-off valve, so it isn't quite as awful as it sounds. Anyhow, all is peaceful again and Leia is back downstairs as the scary stranger is gone; and Onyx came for tea! In her chosen spot again... |
