Hi tigs How bout doing a google search for cat rescue centres then you can specifically look in your area or whatever is close to you. You could also try preloved they have private advertisers who advertise cats / kittens on there for whatever fee they feel fit to charge and i know there is a lot of kittens on there at the moment but not sure about the areas.
