I suspect you were right when you mentioned to me about those kittens you had a few years back, remember you thought they were two different litters and not all had been picked up. They were quite poorly if I remember correctly, he may well be the one that got away that time.
Did they say they could do anything to help with his heart rate and breathing?

They could do a chest Xray, but if he has damage to his lungs nothing they can do about it.....
I do think he was one of that litter Lainey, the one we did not find....
