Karen, glad your mum is coming on in leaps and bounds and that your dad is getting sorted. I hope he gets his confidence back and a more positive outlook, it must be realy hard for you to see him like this. Perhaps it's the falls that have done something to his outlook, must have been realy scary. CT, sorry you had a wet day  Just took Malaika and Kwame for a run on the park, we have to use lunge reins as the park is only little and near the road. It's good because it gives them a sence of freedom yet keeps them safe. |

Hey all... not long back from work. Long enough to say hello to wee one, feed her, and grab a bite myself... Work today was a course, and then acting as a speaker at a transition event. Seems to have gone well enough too... We've got sun here - lovely.  |

Evening all! Just starting to feel human again. Can't say I'm ill but just getting over the effects of the Take That show I went to last night. The show was AWESOME but standing for nigh on 5 hours didn't do my ankles any good and my voice has been hoarse all day due to my singing along with the band. Worth every ache and pain though  But a lesson learned, will have to get seats next time not stand in the throng and crane my neck!Hope you are all ok, weather here a bit too unsettled to start in the garden today and tomorrow its given it even worse! Still, always things to get on with and programmes to catch up with.Take care x |
