Jac - that's just shocking. Everyone has offered such good advice that I really don't have anything to add except that I would've probably floored someone if they'd told me they were planning to poison cats

Thanks all. I think I'll give the police a go first.

I dont know who owns the cats, there well cared for though.
I spoke to her again, she said that she has tryed orange peal, plastic bottles with water in them, cat off, and somethng else but I cant remember what it was. If she wanted cats in her garden she would get one.
She actually got a bit nasty about it. If I find out any local cats are ill she'll get it all right.
