i think this 1 works
Smile at and/or say hello to a stranger at least once each day
if you look at some1 and smiles and they smile back you do feel happier (well i do) i try to say hi to most ppl i see (i know u cant do that in big citys)

and cutting down on TV well as long as they dont say that about the net im happy
