mine keep on trying to do a runner,but if they get out the front door,they still have 2 more doors to get through,almost made it a couple of times if the 2nd door has been left open (normally by my mad neighbour )but havent got out the 3rd door, id have to run all around nth london looking for them,its not a safe area for cats, too many roads,and yobbos.

I have seen flaps put in double glazed windows but you have to order it before the window is put in.

Nae - Could you not replace a smaller double glazed window and specially order a flap??
