Showed this thread to my kids - they are so scared the cats will not live long - they only had hamsters before and they died quickly - the kids are very happy to know Misty and Chloe could be with us for another 30 odd years!!!

we had our hammy for 3 years now. She bites one person and one person only ME! She has never bitten anybody else.I wear thos thick workmens gloves now to get her out of her cage. that in itself is a pain, she got a rotastack with tubes everywhere, space stations, observatories, so she can easily waddle off lol

try getting them a gupi, see how long it takes them to notice lol

when my 7 year old was 3 i put a teddy hamster in an old cage we ahd, he never did know lol
