I wouldnt consider paying that for any queen lol, I am sure they are worth evey penny, but like I said although I am not hard up i'm not that well off by any means. I wouldnt want to take on another four cats anyway, one more is plenty for me, but am in no rush as want to make certain things are definatly settled at home now, after Mr Darcy being sick and the troubles with the bunnies. Do feel home life is finally settling down, but want to make really sure it has before introducing any new pet to the household. May get a chinchilla persian as a pet later, from a reputable breeder of course, or a rescue preferably...... .......all for a later date though |

Think that just goes to show why breeding should be left to the breeders. There are way too many 'amatuer' dog breeders and if the vogue for pedigree cats continues we'll end up with both 'backyard breeders' and kitten farms before we know it. Horrible prospect..........as if there aren't enough moggies in rescue. |

there are far too many people who just see pound signs when it comes to breeding animals. Anyone who cared about the welfare of animals wouldnt breed unless kennel club / GCCF registered etc. I think pet shops shouldnt be allowed to sell animals soe asily, anyone can walk in and walk out with a pet, no questions asked about how it's going to be looked after etc. I also think it should be made more difficult for non pedigree cats and dogs to eb bred, but we all know that snever gonna happen!! |
