Me too I like it mind you I like lots of names but my problem always comes when matching the name to the cat - they never work always come up with something not on the list. I am certain cats name themselves when you first meet them

Well I would never have said I'd call a cat "Matilda" but then when hubby mentioned Matilda as a name suggestion, I just thought - yes it suits her & I really think she is a Matilda.

Thats is, the name just clicks into place and all of a sudden you can't see why it never dawned on you before - same with Oscar - all of a sudden it fitted.
