Sorry to hear this Het, there is obviously something special about Cleo's (yours and mine)
I am pleased Tom went knowing he was safe and so loved. He sounds like a happy go lucky cat. And the woods sounds like a lovely place to lay him to rest.

Thank you so much everyone for all the lovely things you have said.It means so much, you are all very lovely people.

He was my first cat after leaving home so he has always been very special, and such a big part of my life. He was a very shy cat - but very affectionate with those he trusted. He and Cleo have always been close...they used to sit and make those mmrrrpp noises at each other

We will all miss him a lot...I even stuck his chicken in the microwave this morning before remembering
