Re: Sinusitis Treatments??

Thanks for all your tips everyone!!!

I have used a nasal spray today which has helped somewhat. My teeth are not aching so much (as my teeth always get the effects of this) and less of a headache. Will use the nasal spray for a couple of days and see if that can shift it. If it doesnt go away then maybe it will be AB but I cant get an appointment at the docs for soooo long!!!!

Re: Sinusitis Treatments??

I used to suffer with it quite badly and its making my sisters life a misery. I find not using any areosol sprays and keeping away from smoke helped me tremedously. I have suffered more since having an open fire. Drinking sage tea is supposed to be very good but is a acquired taste.

I get it and take over the counter meds, unless I end up with needing antibiotics which usually end up making me feel low and much worse x
