Re: bsh

I'm not sure what 'classic golden boy' really means. Searches throw up these boys, which I'd describe as classic tabby - but what do i know?
I've told the breeder I'll be in touch soon but my thoughts are a bit elsewhere at present, and why, so I'll find out in due course.
I like both pics..............they're not ginger toms

Re: bsh

Handsome chaps H, but not the big rougish ginger toms you were looking for originally?
Then again i am a prime example of mind changing! I had my heart set on a nice seal point siamese..but every litter we inspected never seemed too have the 'pazaaz' kitten i was looking for (plus the fact something usually went wrong!)..then i started too 'investigate' further and went and had a look at two bengal litters, a bengal x bsh litter and then Elsa's litter (bsh x m c) and there was something about her little face and marbled bronze stripes that just made me need her!
I think it depends on if this golden kitten is the right looking and charactersied chap for the DM household...

Re: bsh

Just peeked in a BSH book i have and it says 'Golden is only a permitted colour when it is shaded golden'
Shaded golden are the handsome chaps in the pictures you posted DM...

Re: bsh

Kittening has finished, she's done a re-count and there are 4 girls.
No bsh for me then! That's fine - saves me making a decision/compromise. Kismet rules again!

Kismet is bidding his time to make an appearance.

Re: bsh

ooh, ooh
How pretty are they though! Less than 24 hours old - don't they look cute?

But we want (a) boy(s) - my OH feels outnumbered!
Back to the search!
