Well DM after all this waiting you deserve the choice of gingers thing is how will you ever decide maybe it is better to wait that little bit longer and really see them rather than just bundles of fluff. You may see characters.

Oh DM... I have been brooding about our kittens since before Christmas, and yet I really don't envy your position. You know where they are and that they exist, and you still have to wait!

Naturally, when we actually pick our kittens it'll be weeks before they're ready to go (the rescue lets them go at 8 or 9 weeks) and I'll be on hot coals until then

I'm not a terribly impatient person but I am very pleased with myself at how I am coping with this wait. It's really odd but I'm back to the Kismet theory of the fates waiting till Tizzie had lived all her allotted days and I didn't have guilt pangs about impacting on her final months with crazy babies.
