We have a man cutting down conifers, they were 18ft and are coming down to 6ft, he had been working in the rain all morning!!! |

We have had a beautiful, hot, sunny day......then just before 5.00pm, the skies darkened, the flashes came, the thunder roared.....now we have another terrific storm!  |

Its 5.30 p.m. and been raining, thunder & lightning for about 1/2hr  my head is thumping - managed to get both Violet and Mau Mau inside x |

Actually here it's brightened up again. However it's still very humid. I'm going to make the most of it coz I suspect the Bristol/S.Wales storms will be heading my way  |
