Sorry I have got a Baumatic, and I cannot fault it, I do however use the strange liquid capsules rather than powder though

Yes water temperature fine, spin is fine, everything seems fine, except it only uses a teaspoon of water to wash and rinse in (maybe a slight exaggeration!).

Maybe your control buttons are mixed up, try washing on a half load....You should get the engineer out though Donna, its a new machine, should work properly...you hoses are not kinked when the machine was push into the space are they?? try pulling it out and put it on...
