Re: This weekend

I will be spending a lot of time in the garden if it is hot and sunny laying on my swinging chair!!!

I have the children all weekend which makes a nice change as the ex is going back up to Scotland to visit family - lets hope he stays up there!!!

Also gonna watch England!!!

Re: This weekend

I will be getting my nails done Sat morning and then probably pottering in the garden. Need to paint the dining room chairs; they've only had undercoat on them for the last 2 years and warm weather is perfect for doing that.

I will be avoiding the footie on the TV unless England or Poland are playing; then I might sneak a look, just out of curiousity

Re: This weekend

I was going to go to that instructor-course, but it's been cancelled. Think we'll go diving instead. Do they make cat-shaped dry-suits, I wonder... He'd love the fish and the crabs, and the seals would probably love to play with *him*.
Better off at home in the dry, asleep, methinks.

Thanks Kazz. No, I haven't been to the Black Country Museum, one of the places I want to visit. It is definitely true that you often don't visit places on your doorstep. Would definitely recommend the back to backs though. No, I'm not going to the flower show, mainly because of the cost, but I would love it. We went to the back to backs as our National Trust membership runs out this month!

Hope everyone has a good week-end and enjoys the sunshine.
