well. what are ye like? No I am NOT pregnant for starters Of course I was bound to have news upn my reutrn,about my hliday of course!!! All i can say is it's hard work with two kids, three relatives with disabilties and one with alzeimers!!! What aweek! I need a month to get over that I think lol. Weather was lovely though, no rain at all. Camp was great. Kids had a ball. Ryan got certificate in football, to say he passed fundation coca cola footy training. He also had ONE swimming lesson ( missed mondays as we didnt arrive until evening, missed tuesdays as pool broken, missed wednesdays as they put him in the non-swimmers group by mistake!!) and then PASSED his elvel three ( angel fish 1) swimming test) He tired so very hard at it bless him, made a real big effort, and is so very pleased to have passed. Says he wants to be a lifeguard when he grows up! HE also went roller blading, but kept falling over so left after 10 minutes with a sprained wrsit. Elliot went to the soft play areas, and watched all the panot's and shows. I had half a head of braids put in, love it!! But cant find anybody round my way that can do it, so was really pleased they did it on holiday. That was done tuesday afternoon, but is all wispey looking now, so wont be long and i'll have to take them out  Brought myself two presents, hand sculpted wooden cats  We went to a lovely little village that had a wood shop and a glass shop. There were loads of sculpted cats, but I had already spent all my money by yesterday when we went lol.The glass shop also had a lovely hand painted red vase with black and white cat on. and a slate tile for hanging out the front door with a blue tabby cat on and the words "a princess lives here" underneath, which I didn't buy and now wished I had, it was only 2.30 so lord knows why I didnt buy it! There, so that's all my news |

Hi CJ, glad you had a great holiday and the weather was good for you  Sounds like you all had a good time.....It's supposed to be a rest but like everybody, you try to cram everything into a week and it is tiring. There must be some more news because Fran said she knew what it was!  You tease!!!!  Good to have you back! |

I am so glad to be back. It was very hard work, helping all the others out, and by the time I had got the six of them 9kids, and realtives) thier meals, drinks, soups, starteers, puddings etc, mine was either cold, or I was too tired to be bothered eating. then there was the helping get dressed,moving from wheelchairs to chairs, showers, bathes, washes, hair washes, all the activiteis with the kids, carrying the shopping, being the general go-fer. I now know what true exuastion really is! But the kids have loved it! Boy did I miss my furries though. and you lot of course!!! |
