OH dear - I don't eat anything unless it can go in a microwave. I don't have an oven and I only have one small electric ring.

I hate microwaves I was given one as a Christmas gift one year and I never used it I ended up giving it away

I've always been anti-microwave!

And this experiment just goes to show how damaging they can be.

If there's one thing I could _force_ people to do and that would be to go on and live by the detox I did myself (its basically natural eating and living).

I posted in in the health sections of Dogsey.com if anyones interested

I have a microwave and to be honest, it's more like an ornament. I think I have used it once this year.

My sister in law (Gordons wife) uses hers to bake, cook and defrost . I wonder?????
