Because I don't think I've seem quite such contented, comfortable and happy looking cats in a long while (even though cats have a habit of looking all the above most of the time)!!

They also look all clean, 'scrubbed' and totally well-fed. Infact, I'd go as far as saying they look like thoroughly spoilt-rotten cats!!!
