Aww such a shame, poor babies, lucky for them that you are there to look out for them. I hope they all find loving homes very soon. I have a soft spot for the grey, I shared half my life with a beautiful grey boy. xxx |

Good for you Alex. Thanks for caring about these little things. It's a good job someone does. I too, can't fathom 'people' who think it's OK to take on an animal and not take on the responsibility of looking after it properly |

Came back earlier from picking up hubby and I saw one of them in the road, when I pulled into my driveway I went to the road and clicked my tongue a few times, all 3 of them came running to me. This time they all let me pet them. I gave them some more food, this was just after 8pm and it was pitch dark and cold outside. I can only hope they are at least let in at night. |

Well guys, finally managed to catch the kitten today and Hhe (or she I've no idea) has been transported to his new home. I've been reliably informed that he munched down a bowl of food and then jumped up into the sons lap and went to sleep. I'll be keeping a very close eye on the 2 tortie girls and will continue to feed them, keeping watch for any more signs of neglect. As soon as I see any I will be phoning the CPL to report them (still haven't managed to find out who they belong to, a couple of doors have been mentioned, so I'm none the wiser), but I feel better for knowing that at least one is safe for now. |
