Had a fab day out with my friend. Went to view a house first. Lovely 'family' house, 4 large bedrooms, 3 reception rooms, downstairs toilet & shower room and another shower room and bathrooom upstairs but no garden  Went into Makro and saw some lovely stuff for the kids for xmas and i picked up a lovely Winter Berries scented candle for myslef  |

Valuers are coming round Friday morning Kazz about 10:30 We're just looking aorund to see what we can expect for our budget. Still not entirely sure if we're moving yet. |

Great time to market your house Nae - most people dont realise it. You dont get the quantity of viewers you do in the spring/summer, but the viewers you do get are quality!! All the time wasters are now Christmas shopping - only real buyers are still looking!! |

Am very chuffed at the Election results!! Makes up for it being a dismal day weatherwise, heavy rain overnight and light drizzle most of the day, 59F. Quite disappointed that Onyx the little black stray wasn't in my side garden this afternoon; suppose she's holed up somewhere dry; everything is sopping wet. Felt bad at not being able to feed her...tomorrow is supposed to be sunny and near 70, hope she shows up! |
