Re: Dilemna

Looks like its the dress from last year - as long as it fits!! Although I lost a stone since last year I remember it being tight last year so maybe will fit just slightly looser now!!

Will have to dig it out the wardrobe and have a look!!

Sweet - At work at the mo so cant show you the piccy - will have to dig it out later!

Re: Dilemna

I remember the pic, it was a really lovely dress!

Donna - what about dressing it up with some new jewellery or a wrap . . . it can often transform an outfit and make it look quite different.

Ooops - edit to say I didn't realise Emma had said the self same thing . . . doh!

I agree with every-one else - wear the dress. I don't think any-one will remember - I want to see piccies too of the dress.

Re: Dilemna

Everyone is right you know Donna.
I used to have a basis work wardrobe of 3 suits. I used to worry about always looking the same, then I had a word with myself and considered whether anyone actually noticed. Did my own survey, by trying to remember what my colleagues had been wearing at work that day, as I ate my evening meal. Very seldom actually remembered, and that was during a period when I was trying to pay attention. So, I reasoned that if I didn't notice other people, they didn't notice me. Was then quite happy with my 3 suits rotated and assorted blouses/tops.
You wear your lovely dress, maybe treat yourself to some stunning costume jewellery (?Next) and save your money for something else.
(Sorry if that's not the answer you wanted!)

Re: Dilemna

That dress is stunning and you looked wonderful.

Like the others have said, add a few different accessories and no one will notice. Besides I reckon that most of them were too hammered by the end of the evening to even remember what you wore that night
