Like the old joke about the preacher: I tell her what I'm going to tell her, then I tell her, then I tell her what I told her!!! And describe the food in glowing detail: today is tuna, yes! Tuna in gravy! Lots of gravy! Nice, runny gravy! Etc, etc!! Methinks I'm talking too much...???
