I don't worry a whole lot about what the food police say; eating a varied diet in moderation works for me. But I've always had my tea plain: black, green (my favorite) and white (which I've just recently discovered and like very much!). But, have got to have something sweet with my tea...brownie, blueberry muffin, chocolate chip cookie, etc! Not a coffee drinker: keeps me awake at night; drank it when younger, black with sugar. |

I agree! Just recently found it; am drinking a variety called Song Yang that I found on line..Oddly enough, even our big organic food chain, Whole Foods, doesn't carry it...read about white tea in the Health Section of the Post and decided to try it, much to my pleasure. My fsavorite green is Dragonwell; do you know that one? |

I'm mainly a coffee drinker, well to be honest drink far too much. At least three mugs in the morning before I start with the kids I could never drink it black though. However I sometimes drink tea (normally if I'm not feeling 100%) I could drink it black but prefer it white/ I love Turkish lemon tea though |
