My Misty is very similar and I do not know her whole history, could she be a British Blue or Shorthair ?

It's hard to say Sweet, perhaps she is a BSH or British Blue cross?? Do you know anything of her breeding?

No my ex. rehomed her, didnt have her from a Kitten, but she is very much like the ones on here, completely one colour any clues to how I could tell? x

I think it would be very difficult to tell for definite Sweet. You could have a look at the breed standard for British Blue and Russian Blue and even BSH and see if she fits the breed standard for any of them but even if she does it doesn't really prove anything I suppose?? Maybe someone else might have some ideas?
