Cassie has just roused after being asleep for hours ........... managed to tempt her with a small amount of steamed fish . After a quick clean of her whiskers she has curled up and gone back to sleep again!  I think rest is the best thing for her at the moment It's very cold out so I've kept her indoors, her catflap has been locked all day ........ warm and comfort for my baby while she's not well!  |

I'm glad Cassie has managed to eat something Mags. Good idea to keep her in in the warmth today. Hope she is back to her usual self tomorrow x |

SUN at last after 3 days of gloom, snow and ice! But cold: 38F, wind chill 30! Brrr. Finally able to fill the bird feeder: house faces North so the flagstones were still icy and was afraid I'd slip and break something...they were glad to see me! Onyx back for both meals, but not speaking today  ...Leia hasn't been out on the porch but once during this cold snap...on the radiator now! Mags: glad Cassie's eaten a little; it's so worrying when they're off-color. Alex: definitely the weekend from hell..glad you're back! Have a nice evening, all! |
