Well good for your OH but can I ask you to remindhim to keep the text and any other written "harrasment" he has. Also ask BT or your phone provider for a list of incoming calls. Or similar any answer machine or text messages being a pain the bum tell your OH to keep and any clocking sheets he has showing him being at work excessive hours. Karen |

While its fresh in his mind get him to write down a log of remembered harrasment/bullying. And KEEP everything that has been sent especially Texts/emails/etc. |

Of course I'm not familiar with employment law in the UK, but if he hasn't been paid overtime seems as if you would have a good case for back pay due, and that boss would be in trouble for violating the labor laws! Hang on to all the documentation!! |
