Thanks guys - it all seems to be going through well - so far!!!

My survey is being done this week, so fingers crossed for that.

Yola - I have checked that out don't you worry and it's all been done to a very high standard. From what I can gather the house was in a pretty bad way and this developer has put in new everything. I shall make sure that I get all the relevant papers and guarantees for all that he has done.

There are good and bad developers - but the survey will pick up any obvious problems or not!!!
