Clair - I am so very sorry to read this. A sudden death is such a horrible thing - as you say, there is no time to prepare and say goodbye. Are there any other family members you can talk things through with and share your grief with? It really makes such a difference if you can just spend a few days talking through the shock of what's happened. Lots of love and strength to you at this very difficult time. Hugs. |

Very sad news for you and such a shock. Take time to come to terms, write her a goodbye letter and keep it or tear it up or whatever, but put down your thoughts? or speak to her picture? or talk lots with your family. You'll need that time. I hope you will start to feel better over the course of the next few weeks but don't expect it to be easy. There's always someone here to talk ..... or you could tell us more about this lovely lady? |
