Im an awful cook, usually when im in on a day we only have chips and pizza or something.....easy just chuck in in the oven.....but this shift it was chicken curry and rice,I didnt know how to do the rice so I came on Catsey and asked,Jac helped and told me how to cook the rice but I ended up burning the rice and having to get a male collegue to come and do some more rice for us ,well anyway I posted on here that I had burnt the rice and yesterday in the daily thread Jac posted that she had a chef going round her and that rice was normally on the menue ,thats were all this has come from
Oh, I remember that thread now, Erin! You should ask them at work to buy an electric rice cooker...can find them for less than $20.00 here,,,and they make perfect rice every time: foolproof! You could have more meals with rice and no fuss!

Re: Jac

That about sized it up Erin. Hehe Haven't had one like that in a long time plus Skye the trained chef does Reiki (sp) so he did my back too. How spoilt was that???
His partner was a bit scared in the car because I gave him a driving lesson. She has never been in the car with a lerner but he was really good.

Weve made a deal. I'll take him out once a week and he cooks in return or gives me some reiki.
