Not Really, Garfeild has never really been around much cats before. Since I was too little to raise him and my Mother wasn't a cat person, Garfeild was raised up by my Oldest Dog Scruffy and acts more like a dog, so he never got along with other cats. However, when we brought Socks home, he sniffed him and automatically started playing with him. It looks like he is trying to be a father figure cause he plays with him, but hisses when Socks is starting to annoy him (like chomp down on his taile or jump on his back side) Other then that, Garfeild is a very good father figure towards him and is so far teaching him alot of "cat" things.
