afternnon all
It's rained on and off here all day. Not very good for getting the washing dryed.
Picked my wedding dress this morning, really pleased about that.
Both cats are doing much better now. They are awake more and zoom about the house in between playing.

For everyone that has horrible weather stay safe.

Re: daily thread- saturday

Quite bright here, only a tiny bit of rain an hour ago.

Today I've had my nails done and we've just come back from lunch at Carluccios.

Yesterday was a complete nightmare. It took me 2 hours to do a 20 minute journey getting Sebastian, Dominik and myself back from work/nursery/summer school. The roads in the village where my office is were awash, cars had been left in the road and I had to take to people's front gardens to get past

There were 2 other almost impassable places (tree floating in the road, cars floating, cars colliding etc) and the whole journey was terrifying, as the car was completely steamed up as I was soaking wet and Sebi was screaming the whole time. Thank heaven I had a big SUV . . . if I'd had an ordinary car I jus wouldn't have got home!

Nightmare Yola, you take care on those roads.

Kazz, Eddie went early to a vet nurse from the vets he was taken to when Esther was first brought in. She fell in love with him then. She has promised to have him neutered and this will be confirmed in a mont or so. My other two wont go for another 3 weeks or so. Maybe not before I go on hols! I wont get my pen for another3 1/2 months!
