Thanx Mabel. They hurt a little while vrushing them this morning but not as much as the previous days, I have just given myself a fat lip however but thats another story. Fran, my dentist told me to get arm and hammer toothpaste with calcium. She told me not just to use it as a toothpaste but also to use it as a jell, I have to smear it along my teeth and gum line before I go to bed and leave it, easier said than done as I think I swallow most of it . Now i dont know if its because my teeth are settling down again now or if its because I have been doing this that they feel better today. Just thought I'd mention it for those with sensitive teeth and gums like me. |
