I have put a magnet on her collar now in the hope that if she remembers how she got out last night and goes through it again (which she hasnt done) that she can come back in if she works it out...

needless to say if she gets out, my bet is that she will be out until I let her back in through the door !!

Donna, Derek's cousine got one of thoes collars for her cat as she was sick of other cats coming in through the cat flap.
Twice her cat couldn't get back in. Not because it didnt work. Once she had picked up a beer can and couldn't get back through the other time it was a can of beans or something

Yes thats happened to Chloe a couple of times - she manages to get all sorts stuck to her magnet - usually nails or screws from the garden and Emma's hairclips are the favourites!! Tis funny finding all the bits stuck to her collar!

Not sure how, but some cats can "break through" the magnetic catch tho, so they are not that secure but its better than nothing.
