Wait a minute why is he carrying a tape measure or ruler around with him ????????????? that is one sad soul.

Get the CD or something of that song "inch worm" and play it then think of it or hum it when you see him and that will make you smile laugh even.

What a sad soul, and when you see him again tell him the scratches on YOUR OWN car are all that is left of the last idiot that asked such stupid questions......

he sounds like my neighbour downstairs, everything that comes out of his mouth is just pure poison i just ignore him and carry on with my life, b******ox to him, (he hates being ignored,) so if u was u id carry on ignoring him bullies hate their own company.
BTW my grumpy neighbour has been away the last few days n its been sheer heaven

I have a plan to ignore him, alway park as close to his side of my space as I can whilst still being in ti and on the last day to give him a tape measure and to write a note saying I hopew this help with keeping tabs on the next tennants parking or words to that effect.
He is certainly not going to get the last laugh!!!!!

What do you think of my plan?
