DM - I'll swap you a barrel of water for a barrel of sunshine any day. We have one of those constant, cloying, thick thick drizzle days, where you wonder if you will ever see the sun again. |

You have far too much rain and we are desperate for some! Life is not fair....and it is so depressing that the days are growing shorter now! I don't know what latitude you're in, but the sun set here last night at 7:59 pm!!! No more sitting on the porch after dinner ... and since I'm whingeing, my tomatoes seem to have the blight!! |

That's an early sunset! We'll be getting dark about 8.30 tonight, the weather being so bad, but on a good day there would be light until nearly 9. |

Wow, you're not in the Land of the Midnight Sun, but you've got a lot more evening light than we do! Enjoy, it's all downhill now until the winter Solstice.. |

If this works it's a sunrise/sunset table - for Stonehenge, which isn't far from me Sunrise Sunset 2007 Sunrise Sunset Jan 1st 8:06 4:02 Feb 1st 7:39 4:49 March 1st 6:45 5:41 April 1st 6:35 7.35 May 1st 5.33 8.24 June 1st 4.48 9.08 July 1st 4.49 9.21 Aug 1st 5.25 8.48 Sept 1st 6.14 7.46 Oct 1st 7.01 6.37 Nov 1st 6.55 4.33 Dec 1st 7.44 3.54 That looks about right Edit. No it doesn't the table has gone silly and the numbers have jumped on top of each other. I think you can use common sense to work it out though |
