Mr W B Little went down very well, just roasted with a little olive oil. Nice flesh, very like a butternut squash (no surprise there really) Next time I will make it a meal in itself. Cook a little shallot with cumin and coriander, add to cubed potato and peas, use to fill the hollowed out pumpkins (one per person), pop the top back and bake in the oven. How nice does that sound? |
