That's great news Donna. Fingers crossed here that you get everything sorted.

Re: Maybe, just maybe

I'm so pleased for you Donna - it must have been so difficult for you to manage, very unfair of your ex to contribute nothing for the children.

We're on the other side of the coin (so to speak), OH has paid a fortune (no exaggeration) in maintenance for the last 14 years; well over the odds. Sadly as his youngest has now hit 18, the ex is in for a bit of a surprise as she was counting on August's money from him to pay for her holiday . . . a big ooops as the maintenance was for the kids and not for her!

Agreed!!! All I am asking is for money to buy them clothes, or food or pay for school trips.... nothing for me. He has argued in court that he has given the kids stuff... hope the court can see his lies...

I just want to know what is happening, and wish I could of been there to hear for myself. As you can imagine, the children have had a right earful about their "money grabbing mother" all weekend when they saw their father.

When do you think you'll have some word as to the decision, Donna?

If I get the chance I will call them tomorrow.

I have dentist appointments for us all tomorrow. Emma needs a filling, I need a clean up and Sean needs a check up .

I then have to go into work 12-3pm. I will try and ring whilst at work as it costs a fortune to ring each time Will let you know if I hear anything!

Re: Maybe, just maybe

Hmmmmm, shouldnt of posted or got excited.....

Phoned the CSA today who said there is no info on their computers so the paperwork from the court has not got to them, and then he is contesting it, so then there will be negotiations and all sorts and then if he still doesnt pay it goes to the bailiff department, then if still no luck the legal department......

the list goes on....

so all in all, more crap to deal with - getting my hopes up and then dropped like a hot brick.

And now the ex is being even more awkward (if that is possible) with the children and school and stuff, so feel I have made my situation worse by taking it further
